Dinner Plan for the Week beginning 11/2

Trying to be more organized with the whole dinner thing.  Since we aren’t investors, we spend way too much money at our favorite restaurant.

Plan for this week:

Monday 11/2
Monday Night Football – Pizza at The Monkey with friends
Bringing Caramel Apple Sangria and Healthy Mediterranean 7-Layer Dip

Tuesday 11/3 (for 2)
Broccoli Chicken Mac and Cheese with side salad
Prep ingredients for tomorrow’s slow cooker meal

Wednesday 11/4 (for 3)
Slow Cooker Hump Day – trying Caribbean Beef Stew with side salad
Prep and refrigerate stuffing for tomorrow’s shells

Thursday 11/5 (for 3)
Spinach Ricotta Stuffed Shells with mixed veggies

Friday 11/6 (for 2)
Pierrogi (from GFS) with asparagus
OR – if it’s been a long week at work – Date Night with DH

Saturday 11/7
Lunch idea – Buffalo Chicken Panini
Leftovers for dinner

Sunday 11/8
Home Colts Game at 4:25 – Tailgate Menu features Pulled Smoked Bronco
Bringing Herbed Oyster Crackers and Irish Car Bomb Cupcakes
